Business Philosophy
A customer is the most important visitor on our premises, he is not dependent on us. We are dependent on him. He is not an interruption in our work. He is the purpose of it. He is not an outsider in our business. He is part of it. We are not doing him a favor by serving him. He is doing us a favor by giving us an opportunity to do so.

Testimonials
"Craig was a tremendous help in assisting us to sell our home, and find a new home. In addition he assisted us in finding a temporary place to stay while our new house was being built.
We were pleasantly surprised that he did not apply any pressure tactics that we frequently encountered with many other agents. Craig always promptly returned our calls and followed through on requests. In many ways we relied on Craig to follow up on a variety of loose ends that were beyond his responsibility but he was always willing to lend a hand or give advice.
We will pass our experience on to others."
Sincerely,
Dave
